Growing season visits include lawn mowing, weed eating, bed edging, edging hard surfaces and treating bed weeds. At the end of the visit all hard surfaces are blown off to ensure a clean final product. Push mow available on request

Non Growing season visits consist of leaf removal from turf and beds. Leaves are bagged and physically removed from the property at this time. Hard surfaces are blown and weeds are treated 

Pruning of trees, shrubs and any other applicable plant material in a way that is consistent with best horticultural practices for the specific plant. Hand pruning available upon request

Includes a physical audit of the entire irrigation system to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently. Irrigation controller will also be periodically adjusted for the season

Turf fertilization, pre emergent, and post emergent weed control. Our programs also include micronutrient packs and preventatives such as insecticide and fungicides

Hand fertilization of all applicable plant material 2x a year to combat the natural nutrient loss through our sandy soil 

From establishing a brand new garden bed to simple plant replacement, we source from the highest quality local nurseries to ensure a successful transplanting process of plants that will work in our unique growing environment.

Regularly mulching and or pine strawing your beds has benefits beyond just aesthetics. In addition to help provide insulation to the root systems of your plants during the winter, a regular refresh will help to prevent fungal issues and root rot and also help with weed suppression.
